Option 2 — Door Setup:
Place the anchor in a closed or hinged doorway (ideally one that locks or closes toward you). Some users also use windows or sliding doors — just make sure the anchor point is secure.

When used correctly, the door anchor will not damage your door or frame and does not put pressure on the door, as long as the door closes toward you and remains fully shut during use.
